Indian Tourist Accuses Transgenders of Robbery and Assault in Pattaya Hotel
PATTAYA – An Indian national has filed a police report alleging that he was robbed and assaulted by three individuals, including two transgender persons, in his Pattaya hotel room late Wednesday night. The incident also resulted in an assault on a hotel employee who intervened.

According to the 47-year-old tourist, he had invited a Thai woman to his room after agreeing to pay her 500 baht. Upon her arrival, she reportedly demanded a larger sum, which he refused. The situation escalated when the woman summoned two transgender individuals to the room.
PATTAYA – An Indian visitor told local police that a woman and two transvestites stole cash worth nearly 25,000 baht from his hotel room late Wednesday night, and also hit a hotel employee.

The tourist stated that the trio then assaulted him and his companions before stealing 15,000 baht in Thai currency and 25,000 Indian rupees, equivalent to approximately 9,250 baht.

A hotel employee who responded to the disturbance was also attacked by the group before they fled the scene. Pattaya police are currently investigating the incident and reviewing hotel security footage to identify the suspects.
