The ready-to-eat chicken has received rigorous certification, meeting both NASA and Axiom Space’s demanding Space Food Standards. The milestone demonstrates the high production standards of Thailand’s food industry and further cements its role as a key player in global food exports. Thailand is currently the third-largest exporter of chicken worldwide.
The space-bound meal aims to showcase Thai cuisine’s potential to thrive beyond Earth, offering astronauts aboard the ISS a taste of Thai flavors while promoting national pride. CPF will stream the launch live via its CPF and CP Brand Facebook pages, branding the event as “Thai Food to the Universe.”
