Nissan clarifies Thailand plant ‘closure’ is consolidation, not shutdown

BANGKOK, Feb 17 (TNA) – Nissan has clarified that its recent announcement of plant closures globally does not include shutting down its operations in Thailand.

Suzuki to stop making cars in Thailand to focus on electric vehicles

Instead, the company is consolidating production lines to improve cost efficiency and prepare for the production of new models in the country.
