A Russian woman was arrested at a salon on the Pha Ngan Island in Surat Thani for allegedly working illegally.

The Koh Pha Ngan Police told the Phuket Express that in the past week they arrested a suspect identified only as MS. MARIANA, 39, a Russian national, at a house in the Baan Tai sub-district.
