Wat Sangkhathan in Nonthaburi

Wat Sangkhathan is a stunning Buddhist temple and meditation Center located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

This amazing temple is entirely made up of wood and it’s quite popular among locals during the Visakha Bucha. Wat Sangkhathan is surrounded by marvelous gardens, and, curiously, hosts an image carved in wood of the former President of the United States of America George W. Bush.

This monastery is still unknown to foreign tourists.
