Handicapped German tourist robbed in Pattaya

Pattaya – A Thai person who has pretended to help a handicapped German male tourist stole money from him in Pattaya early this morning.

Lieutenant Chonlawit Athipansri of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the incident at 1:30AM on Central Pattaya Road in Nongprue.
