Students, Teachers Stranded for Hours after Flash Floods in Tak

TAK, July 9 (TNA) – Over 20 students and teachers were stranded after a heavy rain triggered flash floods and mudslides in Tha Song Yang district of Tak province.

Torrential downpours hit villages located in the mountainous terrain of the district for days. Subsequent flash floods swept through Mae Tawo village while waterways overflew Monday afternoon.
