New Year road accident death toll increases to 375 with 3,612 injuries

The Road Safety Centre today (Jan 3) reported that a total of 375 people were killed and 3,612 injured in six days of the 7-day road safety campaign.

On Jan 2, which is the last day of official holidays, 51 people died and 431 others were injured in a total of 400 traffic accident cases.
