KHON KAEN, 26 January 2018 (NNT) – Khon Kaen Airport has announced temporary service suspension following a fire incident.

The blaze broke out in the morning at the electrical control room on the third floor of the departure hall. More than 1,000 passengers were immediately evacuated. Firefighters spent more than an hour extinguishing the blaze and smoke continued to hover around the building.
