Chinese man arrested for extorting money from compatriot

A Chinese man has been arrested for allegedly extorting money from his compatriot by blackmailing her with a video clip of him allegedly raping her.

Pattaya police arrested Li Weibin, 26, at a room of the Centric Sea Pattaya condominium at 8pm on Tuesday.
