A Belgian was lucky to escape prosecution in the early hours of Tuesday after he drove his high-powered motorbike into parked bikes and a pick-up causing damage to each of the vehicles involved.

Police were called to the incident at the intersection with Soi Neun Plub Wan on the railroad running along the East-side of Pattaya, just before 2.30am.
