Graft buster rules Yingluck Shinawatra guilty

The National Anti-Corruption Commission ruled unanimously that ex-Premier Yingluck Shinawatra was guilty in the rice-pledging scheme and the rice sales.

The ruling came a few hours after the National Council for Peace and Order (NACC) allowed Ms Yinglulck for a 20-day travel to Europe with her son from July 21-August 10.
