BANGKOK, 25 February 2014 (NNT) – Radio Thailand, under the supervision of the Government Public Relations Department, is celebrating its 84th birthday anniversary.

Director General of the Government Public Relations Department (PRD) Apinan Juntarungsri this morning presided over the opening ceremony to kick start an event celebrating the 84th anniversary of Radio Thailand.

Activities during such a special occasion included alms-offering and merit-making ceremonies as well as an exhibition depicting digital era of Thailand’s radio industry.
