Sailor And 10 Military Police Assaul Shop Owner In Rayong

A sailor and 10 military police assault a shop owner after the sailor had a disagreement with a mobile phone shop owner.

RAYONG – December 12, 2013 [PDN]; at 3.00 p.m. Pol. Lt. Col. Prasert Techama (Investigation officer of Baan Chang police station, Rayong province) was notified that there was an incident of controversy on the second floor of Baan Chang police station and found that more than 10 military police of Sattahip sailor, Chonburi province, which were dressed in thier military police uniform were using batons to beat Mr. Charoenphong Pai-nern, aged 30.
