TAT will launch a new book next month to atrract more tourists

BANGKOK, 26 April 2012 (NNT) – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will soon launch a new book called “Visit Thailand All Year Round” to promote tourism in every province of Thailand.

TAT Product Promotion Department Director Mrs. Benjawan Sunetworakul said the book will cover tourism information useful for year-round traveling. It contains photos of all tourist attractions that have won tourism awards as well as those receiving high popularity from tourists.

She added that there is a special section which is dedicated to adventure seekers as it includes information on 100 adventurous routes across the country.

This section also provides specific knowledge on rice, salt and Thai herbs for trekkers who want to embark on one of the three routes to those plants and products. The book will be accessible online for Thai and foreign viewers.

5,000 copies of the book will be made with 1,000 of them in English and the rest in Thai. They will be distributed to the TAT offices around the world. The book will make its debut in May. Mrs. Benjawan revealed that the next book the TAT will publish will be about the 50 most beautiful seas in the country.
