Pheu Thai to file party-dissolution complaint against Democrats Thursday

The Pheu Thai Party will file a complaint with the Election Commission Thursday, seeking its dissolution on allegations that it was against the democratic ruling system.

Pheu Thai spokesman Prompong Nopparit said the Pheu Thai would submit evidence to the EC to back up the allegations that the Democrats had violated Article 94 of the Political Parties Act.
