Former Thai PM Abhisit postpones testimony to police on crackdown against Red Shirts

BANGKOK, Dec 2 – Opposition Democrat party leader and former Thai prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva on Friday postponed his testimony to police on his government’s crackdown against Red Shirt protesters during April-May last year, saying he needed more time to prepare documents.
