Six Bangkok districts evacuating as northern run-off approaches

BANGKOK, Oct 31 – The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), the capital’s municipal government, has declared six districts to be areas requiring evacuation as the northern run-off is crawling towards the inner city and areas along the Chao Phraya River is experiencing high tide Monday.

The six districts warned to evacuate are Don Mueang, Laksi, Bang Phlat, Saimai, Thawi Watthana, and Taling Chan.
