Nigerian, Thai nabbed smuggling marijuana in Southern Thailand
A Nigerian man and a Thai woman were arrested this morning in a border district of Songkhla province with 25 kilogrammes of marijuana, or ganja, they were taking to Malaysia.
Police in Songkhla’s Sadao district said they received a tip off about the couple. Sadao police then intercepted them while they were boarding a local taxi about 11.30 am.
