The Pattaya City Police told The Pattaya News that they were notified of the body on Saturday (February 22nd) in the water near Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya. The body was found floating 300 meters from land.

The male body was aged around 40 to 50 and was found face down in the sea. He wearing only black shorts and a cotton glove. His body was taken back to land and an initial examination showed no signs of foul play on the body.
