Alleged Foreign Prostitute Steals from French Tourist in Phuket

Pattaya City Police informed the Phuket Express that the victim, identified only as Mr. N. filed a report at 2:46 AM on Saturday, February 15th. He told the police that he met a woman on Pattaya Beach, and they negotiated a price to “hang out” before going to a hotel together to relax.
