Phuket, Thailand- A 65-year-old Korean man reported to the Thalang Police on January 25th, after discovering his luggage was unusually heavy, leading to the discovery of five kilograms of an illegal substance at a hotel in Thalang, Phuket.

Wanted Korean Woman Arrested at Phuket Airport

The incident came to light when the Korean national, who was staying at a local hotel, contacted the Korean Consulate about the suspicious weight of his luggage. At approximately 11:00 P.M., police, along with officers from the Korean Consulate, responded to the hotel.
