At 7:15 PM, on March 2nd, 2024, Muang Nakhon Ratchasima police officers received a shooting report in front of Center Point Hotel at Terminal 21 Korat, Nakhon Ratchasima, resulting in one injury.

During the incident time, there were many visitors shopping. After the gunshots were fired chaos erupted as many thought it was a similar incident that happened, dated back on February 8th, 2020, as a soldier went on a rampage and mass shot people at Terminal 21 Korat. As a result, there were 30 casualties and 58 injuries.
