Law enforcement authorities have reported a devastating accident along the Bangkok-Ban Chang Motorway, where a fatal car crash claimed the life of one individual.

According to reports, the accident occurred when a vehicle collided with a street barrier on Motorway 7 near Pattaya, leading to a subsequent fire that resulted in the driver’s demise.
The tragic event took place at around 5:40 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024 in Nongprue subdistrict of Banglamung district, located in Chonburi province. Prompt response from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Pattaya Rescue Unit and the Highway Rescue Unit was instrumental in managing the situation.

Upon arrival at the scene, emergency responders encountered a Honda HRV sedan engulfed in flames. Despite their efforts, firefighters faced a challenging 20-minute operation to extinguish the fire, which inflicted significant damage upon the vehicle.
Regrettably, authorities discovered the lifeless body of an unidentified male within the car, further underscoring the severity of the incident.
