The construction of the second Thai-Myanmar Friendship Bridge is expected to be completed in two years, Transport Minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith says.

The bridge, which will link Mae Sot district in Tak province with the town of Myawaddy in Myanmar, will help boost the economy and tourism industries of the two countries, he added.
