CHIANG MAI, 22nd January 2017 (NNT) – Various agencies in Chiang Mai have jointly held their annual culture festival in Omkoi district to boost the economy and raise public awareness of the importance of culture conservation.

The recently-concluded festival took place at Omkoi Subdistrict Municipal Stadium. The event, now in its fourth year, featured cultural performances by local students and artists, a folk martial art competition, a singing contest, traditional food processing and cooking demonstrations all backed up by a large array of locally-made product outlets.
