BURIRAM, 15th January 2017 (NNT) – Buriram has concluded its annual kite festival marking the start of the province’s kite-flying season.

The event took place at Huai Rat District Sports Stadium. Governor Anusorn Kaewkangwan presided over the opening ceremony on Saturday. Main organizers included local administrative organizations and private operators.
