SAMUT PRAKAN — A fire ravaged a textile factory in Phra Samut Chedi district early on Thursday morning, causing damage estimated at over 6 million baht.

The blaze at the Saharoj Textile (1991 factory, in tambon Nai Khlong Bang Plakod, was reported about 6.30am, said Pol Maj Sunthorn Pimpan, a duty officer at Phra Samut Chedi police station.
