Hundreds of police and soldiers on Tuesday morning searched nine targeted locations in Bangkok’s Ramkhamheang, Hua Mark and nearby sites in a crackdown on criminals particularly those involved in drug trafficking and national security offences.

Metropolitan Area 4 chief Pol Maj General Nanthachat Supamongkol said this operation was in line with the government’s policy to suppress on criminals. This was the second operation in the past seven days.
