EU gives Thailand until year’s end to solve illegal fishing

BANGKOK, 14 June 2016 (NNT) – The European Union (EU) views that Thailand is progressing in the right direction to solve IUU fishing issue and has agreed to give Thailand until year-end to solve this issue, says DPM.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Gen Prawit Wongsuwan spoke regarding the Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) fishing situation in Thailand, that the European Union has acknowledge Thailand’s attempt to solve this issue.
