Man Wrapped in Boa Constrictor Causes Confusion on Pattaya Beach

At 01:00 hrs on Wednesday 4th May, Police Major. Piyapong Ainsarn Inpsector for the Tourism Police led a team of volunteers on their normal patrol along Pattaya Beach.

Arriving at local bars on Liabchaihaad Road, they found a group of people gathered around 37 year old Mr. Ekapong Chaemkamol.
