BANGKOK, 15 March 2016 (NNT) – The Ministry of Commerce will promote the marketing of instant noodles made from Thai rice instead of wheat with health-conscious consumers as a major target.
As a matter of fact, four in 62 Chinese consumers were found to be allergic to Gluten in wheat while the sales of instant noodles in China are expected to rise to around 450 billion baht in 2020.
