Ranong officials arrest 5 for human trafficking

RANONG, 06 October 2015, (NNT) – The Anti-Money Laundering Office and Ranong provincial police have taken into custody five suspects allegedly involved in Rohingya human trafficking cases.

Deputy Commissioner-General Pol Lt Gen Phisit Phisutsak headed the operation on Monday, which also resulted in the seizure of 4 houses in Mueang district, used as dwellings for smuggled Rohingyas.
