Myanmar worker accused of stealing Russian’s phone
PHUKET — A Myanmar man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a mobile phone from a Russian man.
Police caught Naing Win, 28, on Thursday with a black Asus Z00D smartphone and a True Move SIM card and charged him with stealing or accepting stolen goods.
