Water supplies for farming and consumption cut as water crisis deepened

The Cabinet today approved the proposal of the Royal Irrigation Department to cut water supplies from four major dams for farming and consumption to 18 million cubic metres from 28 million cubic metres.

The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha.
