The Royal Thai Police commissioner has again rejected a police committee’s recommendation to strip Thaksin Shinawatra’s of his police rank reasoning that it lacks details of his misbehaviours that could justify the action.

The committee headed by Pol Gen Chaiya Siri-ampolkul forwarded its recommendation to the commissioner Pol Gen Somyot Phumphanmuang.
