MERS patient gets better, can eat by himself

The Department of Disease Control says the 75-year-old Mers-infected Omani patient under isolation care at the Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute (BIDI) can breathe and eat by himself while his sick son and brother are also getting better with no fever now.

Dr Rungruang Kijpati, spokesman of the Department of Disease Control, said the condition of the Omani patient now is improving with no fever.
