Late Wednesday night Pattaya police chased a man from Sriracha who blew through two checkpoints, hit two Russian tourists, and smashed into 3 separate cars.

Apparently someone had borrowed the mans car in Pattaya and the man and two friends were here to retrieve it. The two passengers eluded 100 officers and volunteers when they escaped after the car crashed.

The driver is awaiting formal charges.
