Thai tourist falls off cliff in Bhutan

BANGKOK, 3 Jan 2015 (NNT) – A Thai female tourist has died after falling off a cliff in Bhutan according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Based on a report from the Royal Thai Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has advised that the 40-year old tourist fell off the cliff near Taktsang Monastery in Paro, Bhutan. She is said to been have traveling with a local tour group.
