New Year’s accident death toll rises to 302

BANGKOK, Jan 5 – Thailand’s Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation reported that the number of death tolls during the New Year road accidents reached 302, with 2,843 persons reported injured.

Prime Minister Office’s Minister Panadda Disakul announced the statistics taken yesterday that there were 287 road accidents causing 42 deaths and 301 persons injured.
