BANGKOK, 22 August 2014 (NNT) – Their Majesties the King and Queen have provided assistance to flood victims in Ubon Ratchathani after the northeastern province had been hit with heavy rains and landslides.

Provincial authorities have been instructed by Their Majesties to offer financial aid to a number of local households affected by the recent natural disasters. 500 relief packages have also been given to locals in the province.
