BANGKOK, 9 August 2014 (NNT) – Chonburi’s Khao Kheow Open Zoo has been ranked second in the list of Asia’s top 25 zoos and Bangkok’s Siam Ocean World has been voted third in Asia in the top 25 aquariums.

“We are very pleased that Khao Kheow is ranked second in Asia. Things that make us different are continuing development, being a knowledge center, wildlife breeding and release into the forests, and a natural recreational park where tourists can get close to the wildlife,” said Khao Kheow Open Zoo director Suriya Sangpong “We are very pleased that Siam Ocean World is named as one of the most popular aquariums in Asia.”
