2 Romanians Arrested In Pattaya For Using Fake ATM Cards

Pattaya police have arrested 2 Romanian thieves who used fake ATM cards to withdraw money all over Pattaya city. The defendants confessed that most of the victims were English.

PATTAYA – January 8, 2014 [PDN]; at 3.00 p.m. Pol. Maj. Gen. Katcha Thartsart (Commander of Chonburi province), Pol. Col. Suwan Cheawnawinthawat (Superintendent of Pattaya city police station), Pol. Lt. Col. Chitdecha Songhong [Inspector in the position as the head of Transnational Crime Coordination Center, Chonburi province (TCCC)] together with forces of police team made a statement about the arrest of Mr. Oleg Sveatobog, aged 32, Romanian nationality and Mr. Vasile Dodon, aged 30, Romanian nationality.
