14 Foreigners arrested for carrying fake passports, Thai visa stickers

BANGKOK, Aug 27 – Thai Immigration police have arrested 14 people for visa frauds since 3,000 visa stickers were stolen from the Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Chisanupong Yooktatath, Immigration Bureau Deputy Commissioner, quoted several detainees as saying they bought fake passports at Bt2,000 each plus visa stickers at Bt1,000 each to enter Thailand.
