Mr. Nicholaji Dikiy, a 73 year old Russian-American, who is believed to be a retired Soldier and former CIA Agent was stabbed in a street robbery which occurred in front of a condominium, in Central Pattaya.

The incident occurred late on Sunday Night and was partially caught on CCTV and witnessed by members of the public.
