A German thought to be aged 71 was seen floating face-down in the waters off Larn Island on Saturday afternoon by a speed-boat operator.

The body of the man, whose name is not known, was recovered by Pattaya Sea Rescue Workers. The body was spotted approximately 700 meters from the coast of Larn Island. An initial inspection was made and no visible signs of trauma were seen.
