A British Businessman spent the night in Sattahip Police station, after reporting another Englishman (Andrew Tracey) for assault on a 13 year old schoolboy.

Property developer Lee Booty told 103 FM that he had, reported Andrew John Tracey to Police, after finding him attacking the schoolboy in a field near Bang Saray, where Mr. Booty is working on a new development.

Local Police were initially called to the scene by Mr. Booty’s wife as they spotted Tracey in a remote field beating the boy and dragging him with what appeared to be a belt around his neck.
