RAYONG, April 14 – A Chinese tourist drowned while snorkeling off Koh Samet island in Thailand’s eastern province of Rayong.
Pol Lt Col Surasak Jaisue, investigator of Muang Rayong police station said that Rayong Hospital reported Chow Yuquan, 54, was admitted to the emergency room and passed away.
