PATTANI, Jan 11 – Two soldiers were killed and two wounded in Pattani in bomb attack while they were heading to protect teachers and students at a school which was organising activities to mark National Children’s Day on Saturday.

Pattani police and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit rushed to the scene at 9am after receiving report that a military pickup truck was hit in a bombing on the Ban Buenae Kuebong-Ban Buenae Pinae Road in Yarang district.
