A 15-year-old boy beat his cousin to death in a drunken rage, then hid the body in a water bucket at the cousin’s house. He told police he was fed up with his cousin’s insulting attitude toward him and his family for being more poor than their family.

The suspect, “Mr.Tep” (alias), age15, is accused of killing his cousing, Mr. Suea, age16, a sophomore-year student studying for his vocational certificate at Technic College.
